We can act as a liaison to resolve denied or potentially under-paid claims—if a member believes an insurance plan has failed to accurately pay claims, we can investigate further on behalf of the insured (restrictions may apply). Taking action and enlisting qualified assistance in this area may result in lessening ore even negating “out-of-pocket” expenses on a claim.
Personal Assistant Services
Personal and financial affairs management and coaching; referrals to professional medical and financial POAs, and to assisted living facilities; care coordination. (We do not offer legal or tax advice, however, may address aspects of these as related to life and health insurance products.)
Human Resource Assistance
We work with Human Resources to gather group census data and ensure enrollments run smoothly; we essentially become a part of your team, working with business owners at their discretion.
